National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) Certifications
Maxwell™ W (Water) and Maxwell™ PG (Propylene Glycol) are acceptable for use as a heat transfer fluid where there is either the possibility of incidental food contact (HT1) or no possibility of food contact (HT2).
