    Tom Grizzetti

    Chief Executive

    Tom is a co-founder of HTMS and is responsible for all strategic initiatives at the Company. Tom has responsibility for strategy, business operations and financial performance.

    Prior to HTMS, Tom led a series of investments in advanced manufacturing, infrastructure and fin-tech companies. Tom was co-founder and COO of International Fund Services (IFS), a technology and administration company acquired by State Street Bank. IFS generated $200m in annual revenues and employed 1,200 people worldwide.

    He is a graduate of Boston College with a B.S. in Accounting and is a New York State CPA.

    Prof. Arturo de Risi

    Technology

    Arturo is a co-founder of HTMS and is responsible for our R&D and product development programmes.

    Arturo has over three decades of experience (including 11 patents) in nano based heat transfer products, EV fuel cell optimization, thermo PV conversion of heat, and the design of cooling systems for commercial applications in solar systems and wind turbines.

    Arturo is currently Professor for the Department of Engineering for Innovation at the University of Salento, Italy. He is also Chairman of the Board of the Distretto Tecnologico Nazionale sull’Energia and a committee member for the National Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.

    Rudy Holesek

    Business Development and Product Application

    Rudy is a co-founder of HTMS and is responsible for business development and product application. He also has responsibility for sales & marketing and our strategic partner and end-user programmes.

    Prior to HTMS, Rudy was the founder and CEO of a leading supplier of HVAC solutions in the New York Metro area that designed, built and serviced HVAC and Building Automation Systems for over 20m sq. ft. of commercial and industrial buildings in the New York Metro area.

    Rudy is a Lifetime Member of ASHRAE, the former Chairman of USGBC-LI, an HIA-LI Board Member and the Vice President of BOMA-LI. Rudy is also an instrument-rated commercial pilot and has flown numerous missions transporting transplant patients as a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight.

    Ed Coleman

    Operations and Finance

    Ed is responsible for operations and finance at HTMS. He also has responsibility for global supply chain and manufacturing activities.

    Before joining HTMS, Ed was COO at SCFI, a developer of advanced oxidation systems for the treatment of recalcitrant wet wastes. He led SCFI from concept stage through to trade sale to Aquarion Water. Prior to SCFI, Ed spent a decade in senior operations positions at advanced manufacturing companies in Asia and Eastern Europe.

    Ed spent his early career with Ernst & Young in Ireland. Ed holds a B.Comm. (Accounting) and a M.Acc. from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

    Prof. Marco Milanese

    Engineering

    Marco is responsible for our engineering function. He also has responsibility for the construction of our manufacturing facilities.

    Marco has over two decades of research experience focused on nanofluids and nanoparticles for HVAC and solar systems. In addition, much of Marco’s research addressed the characterization of thermal conductivity, viscosity and stability of metal oxide nanoparticles for nanofluid based heat transfer applications.

    Marco received his PhD in Energy Systems and the Environment from the Department of Innovation Engineering at the University of Salento, Italy. He also holds a B.Eng. from the University of Bologna.

    Dr. Francesco Micali

    Product

    Francesco is responsible for the day-to-day R&D and product development activities for the Company.

    Francesco has spent the last two decades developing energy efficient solutions for both the renewable energy and HVAC industries, during this time he was responsible for nine patents. Francesco’s work includes research on the thermo-fluid-mechanical properties of heat transfer fluids and the development, formulation and characterization of heat transfer nanofluids.

    Francesco received his PhD in Energy Systems and the Environment from the Department of Innovation Engineering at the University of Salento, Italy. He also holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical & Materials Engineering from the University of Salento.

    Edward Yusko

    Business Development and Product Applications

    Edward is responsible for US and European business development and product applications. He also has responsibility for global sales, marketing and the Company’s partner and end-user programs. 

    Edward has over a decade of experience implementing digital control systems for the commercial and industrial HVAC industry. These systems were utilized for energy management, cost reductions, and improvements in environmental conditions or process efficiencies. During this time Edward worked for Honeywell and CTI Controltech.

    Edward has also worked in the financial services industry both in California and Dublin, Ireland for financial firms including Merrill Lynch, Bank of Ireland, and Key Capital.

    Edward received a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York.

    Claudio Grisoni

    Business Development and Product Applications - Europe

    Claudio is responsible for European based business development and product installations for the Company.

    Claudio has spent the last two decades developing control systems for the energy and telecom sectors including project work for British Petroleum, Raytheon and Telecom Italia. During this time, he received several patents.

    Claudio received his MSE in Engineering from Stanford University and a MAE in Aerospace Engineering from University of Rome.

    Piero Negro

    Manager Research and Development

    Piero is responsible for planning, developing and testing of the Company’s next generation heat transfer products. In addition, Piero is responsible for quality assurance protocols for the Company’s current manufacturing platform.

    Piero’s previous experience includes over twelve years optimizing processes to increase efficiencies and reduce costs and pollutants for the Italcementi Heidelbergcement Group.

    Piero received a MSE in Materials Engineering from the University of Salento and is a licensed engineer in Italy.

    Marco Potenza

    Senior Engineer for Product Validation

    Marco is responsible for the Company’s product validation and installation programs. In addition, Marco is responsible for the modeling, designing and application development of the Company’s manufacturing control systems.

    Marco has over fifteen years experience modelling, designing and developing control systems for industrial companies such as Bosch  AG, Volkswagen AG, Fiat and Whirlpool.

     

    Marco received a MSE in Materials Engineering and a PhD in Energy Systems and Environment from the Universita degli Studi di Lecce.

    Denis Kearney

    General Manager Ireland

    Denis is responsible for the general management of the Company’s Irish operations including coordinating grant funding for the Company’s research and development projects.

    Denis previous experience includes ten years in advanced manufacturing as well as two decades consulting for technology companies in the areas of productivity, business development and research and development.

    Denis received a MSE in Industrial Engineering from National University of Ireland and BE in Mechanical Engineering from UCD Dublin.
